Yes, a minimum order is required. They run out fast, so ordering ahead is suggested.

Yes, but flavors do sell out throughout the day. To ensure that you have the quantity and flavors that you crave, we suggest that you order ahead. If you have an order that requires immediate pick up, please call us directly for availability. We also offer same-day local cupcake delivery through UberEats.
We take pride in our process and do our best to be mindful of our
friends with dietary concerns. However, patrons should take precaution
that all of our cupcakes are baked in a facility where tree nuts, soy,
wheat and dairy are used.

To make a change to a cupcake order, whether online, by phone or in person, please give us a call immediately to make a change. For orders greater than two dozen, please allow 48 hours notice to make a change.
Custom cake orders need at least four weeks notice to make a change.
Changes to an order are subject to additional fees.
Cupcake cancelation should be provided at least 1 business day in advance. Refunds for those orders may be issued as a store credit. We do not give cash refunds; this includes deposits on canceled orders.
Our cupcakes travel! We offer nationwide cupcake shipping across the continental U.S. via FedEx.
Our keepsake cupcake box holds a dozen and makes a beautiful gift. Call ahead so that we can have it ready for your arrival.
Yes! We love celebrating with fellow businesses. Place an order online or fill out our contact form for a special request and our team will get back with you within 48-72 hours.

Yes, logos are handled through our business office and require a minimum. Please allow up to two weeks to set up. There is a set-up charge.
For over the last 10 years we have found that our brides and grooms like the flexibility and convenience of picking up their own cupcakes to taste at home and then placing their order. Please visit us at either one of our locations in Nashville or New Orleans to try our award-winning cake.

We require custom orders be paid in full at least four weeks in advance. A deposit of ½ may be requested to hold your special date.
