You can now order our award winning cupcakes and have them shipped right to your door, anywhere in the US! Send your favorite cupcakes to celebrate all the moments of life, like birthday parties, thank you gifts, congratulations or just to satisfy a sweet tooth.
The Cupcake Collection accepts shipment orders for classic size cupcakes in increments of six daily! However, we only ship cupcakes Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays.
Please note that we do not ship same day. Allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Shipment orders placed after 12pm CST may be processed the following business day. During peak times and holidays we may sell out and therefore will not be able to offer shipping for that day.
We have partnered with FedEx for all nationwide shipping needs. The costs and arrival date of your cupcakes are based on the FedEx shipping guidelines. The shipment days and costs presented to you will depend on the following:
- When your order is being placed.
- The zip code you are shipping to.
- The weight of the package being shipped.
- See your FedEx order for further information about restrictions in shipping.

We also offer local delivery for smaller quantities through third-party partners UberEats (Nashville) and Waitr (New Orleans). At The Cupcake Collection, we think butter equals love. Because our cupcakes are baked with a lot of love, they respond like butter when cold. For best results, enjoy the love at room temperature.
Since we baked your cupcakes on the day they were frozen, the ultimate in cupcake consumption is on the day they arrive and up to 2 days after. Otherwise, refrigerate them up to one week for longer shelf life. Make sure to keep them in an airtight container for best results.
As a policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by one of our shipping partners, due to weather, mechanical errors, natural disasters, inaccurate shipping information or similar reasons that are outside of our control. With that said, we know how important it is for your package to be delivered on time and we may be able to offer accommodations in exceptional circumstance.
Available pickup times are discussed when you place your order, and are always available as early as one hour after opening until one hour before closing.
Same-day cupcake delivery is available through third-party partnerships with UberEats, Postmates and Waitr. For more information click here
